Mobility and Stretching

Poor flexibility can lead to impaired posture, muscle strains, chronic pain, and many other pathologies. We offer Stretching and Mobility Coaching, nowadays we are all guilty of neglecting this aspect of training, We offer 1 on 1 sessions, utilising stretching techniques such as active, static, dynamic and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation).  Suited to individual goals and outcomes!

Graston Technique

Graston Technique is a type of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that allows us to address restrictions in the mobility of scar tissue, fascia, and muscles to increase range of motion, decrease pain and restore function. Using metal tools and a variety of stroking patterns to break down adhesions and scar tissue in skin, muscles, fascia, ligaments, and tendons; thereby improving range of motion, pain, and function.
